I agree with this completely. America would be very different if everyone had to vote and voting was much more transparent.

We wouldn't have such a terrible president right now if that were the case.

The problem is... good luck getting Americans to do anything mandatory.

In America, most of the people you come into contact with are super entitled.

During this pandemic, you can't even get some people to wear a mask.

Good luck getting them to vote if they don't want to.

They will claim it violates their rights.

Just like people in this country claim that wanting there to be accountability for racism and hate speech is a violation of their first amendment rights.

I think America needs a complete reset to be honest. From the foundation up... including the Constitution.

The system is broken.

I'm not sure it was ever a good system lol.

But that's a whole different conversation hahaha.
