I think you are a bit confused. Everyone is capable of passing judgment against people for a variety of reasons. However, white people are complicit in a racist system. Black people and other people of color are not complicit in any racist system against white people lol. Regardless of who you are, how much money you have, how hard you work, etc as a white person you white privilege in this system. The system is racist. Yes, we are all capable of judging and discriminating against people, regardless of the race we identify ourselves as. But it is impossible for any race, but the white race to be complicit in a racist system in America because this system is set up for white people to succeed above all.

The best thing you can do is acknowledge that the system does indeed cater to white people and be a part of changing it. The people that deny it exists are the white people who are okay with their racism.
