That is very true! I can relate to that so much.
Honestly, I was just having a conversation about that the other day. My significant other always wakes up in the best mood, which is great, but I am not that type of person haha. It takes me some time each morning to get through the emotional hangover of yesterday. I go to therapy every week and do my best to manage my mental health. For the most part, it works. However, some days I just need some space to feel my feelings and get through it.. like you said. Thankfully, she is very understanding of that.
