I am glad you were able to find someone to help you with that. Sometimes we all need a little help. Even though I have gotten so much better, I still go to therapy every week. In fact, I meet virtually with my therapist in one hour.
I just think the world would be a much better place if there wasn't so much stigma STILL in regards to getting help mental health issues and trauma. Honestly, I think everyone would benefit from a much larger focus on daily mental health and trauma recovery.
